UNCRI Hosts Operator Training to Enhance Digital Reporting and Advance Key Performance Indicators (IKU)

Manokwari, September 23, 2025 — Universitas Caritas Indonesia (UNCRI) in Manokwari convened a two-day Technical Guidance (Bimtek) program on September 22–23, 2025, aimed at strengthening the capacity of reporting operators across the university. The program focused on optimizing data management for strategic platforms such as SINTA, Neo Feeder, SIMKATMAWA, as well as journal reporting, tracer studies, and student satisfaction surveys—initiatives directly aligned with advancing the university’s Key Performance Indicators (IKU).

Serving as keynote trainers, Yogi Murwanto, M.M., and the team from LLDIKTI Region XIV provided participants with both technical insights and hands-on practice designed to improve the precision and timeliness of institutional reporting.
Manuel Lambi, S.Kom., S.H., M.M., Head of the UNCRI Operator Unit, underscored the importance of operators mastering campus workflows and regulatory policies while remaining steadfast in meeting reporting targets and deadlines.
UNCRI Rector, Prof. Dr. Roberth Kurniawan Ruslak Hammar, S.H., M.Hum., M.M., CLA., reinforced this commitment, stating:
“Collaboration and quality enhancement must become ingrained in our work culture. A robust reporting system is the cornerstone of a progressive, transparent, and trustworthy university,” he affirmed, accompanied by Vice Rector I, Theodorus L. Herin, B.A., S.E., M.M.
Through strengthening the role of operators and ensuring consistency in digital reporting, UNCRI continues to build an adaptive, outcome-driven governance framework—cementing its path toward becoming a leading, competitive, and relevant higher education institution within Indonesia’s evolving academic landscape.
