Suaraanaknegerinews.com – Ramadhan is a holy month that is always awaited by Muslims around the world. As a month full of blessings, Ramadhan not only presents a moment to perform fasting, but also an opportunity for every Muslim to strengthen the foundation of fiqh, aqidah, and faith in him.
These three elements have an important role in ensuring that worship during Ramadhan is not only legally valid, but also meaningful and spiritually profound.
1. Fiqh: Understanding the Laws of Fasting and Ramadhan Worship
Fiqh is a science that discusses Islamic laws, including fasting and other worships carried out during Ramadhan.
To ensure that our fasting is valid and accepted, it is important for every Muslim to understand the conditions and principles of fasting, as well as the things that break the fast.
For example, in addition to refraining from eating and drinking, we must also guard against words and deeds that break the fast, such as gossiping or speaking abusively. Mastery of this fiqh will ensure that our worship is in accordance with Islamic law.
In addition to fasting, other worship related to Ramadhan also needs to be understood, such as zakat fitrah, tarawih prayer, and itikaf. By delving into fiqh, we can carry out Ramadhan worship correctly and responsibly.
2.Aqidah: Strengthening Confidence in Allah in the Holy Month
Aqidah is the basis of a Muslim’s belief in Allah SWT, which is the main foundation in living a spiritual life. In the month of Ramadhan, the momentum to strengthen the aqidah is very important.
Every Muslim is required to renew his or her faith by fully realizing that every worship performed is not just a physical ritual, but a form of total surrender and servitude to the Creator.
Deepening the aqidah during Ramadhan can be done by reading and reflecting on the Qur’an more, strengthening beliefs about qadha and qadar, and reinterpreting the oneness of Allah SWT in every aspect of life.
A strong aqidah will make us more convinced that the worship carried out during Ramadhan has a great purpose, which is to get closer to Allah and achieve His pleasure.
3. Faith: Increasing Piety and Spiritual Awareness
Ramadhan is a month designed to improve the quality of faith and piety. Faith is not just a belief, but also a reflection of deeds.
By fasting, a Muslim is invited to perfect his faith by refraining from forbidden things and multiplying good deeds.
One way to increase faith during Ramadhan is to increase sunnah worship, such as tadarus of the Qur’an, praying, giving alms, and livening up the nights of Ramadhan with worship.
In addition, by understanding the purpose of each worship that is carried out, such as fasting that trains patience, zakat that fosters a sense of concern for others, and tarawih that increases spiritual awareness, our faith will be stronger.
4. Achieving the Blessings of Ramadhan through Harmony of Fiqh, Aqidah, and Faith.
When fiqh, aqidah, and faith run harmoniously in a Muslim’s life, Ramadhan worship becomes more meaningful. Fasting is not just about suppressing hunger and thirst, but also a means to get closer to Allah, cleanse the heart, and obtain abundant blessings.
With fiqh, we know how to worship correctly. With aqidah, we affirm our belief in the greatness of Allah. And with faith, we live every act of worship as a form of true servitude to Him.
In the end, Ramadhan is the right time to improve yourself, deepen your religious knowledge, and strengthen your relationship with Allah SWT. Hopefully with the harmony between fiqh, aqidah, and faith, we can live this year’s Ramadhan with blessings and become a better person afterwards. (Arsiya Oganara)
